Network pharmacology integrated molecular docking demonstrates the therapeutic mode of Panax ginseng against ovarian cancer

Purpose: To investigate the mode of action active ingredients Panax ginseng against ovarian cancer protein targets elucidated using a network pharmacology approach and molecular docking study. Methods: An integrated protein-protein interactions (PPI) targeting P. was constructed carried out for constituents target ginseng. Results: Ninety-six compounds were used simulation five different proteins from PPI linked to cancer. The protein-ligand interaction showed strong at site (p < 0.05).Conclusion: Ginsenosides their derivatives present in successfully inhibit several key enzymes associated with cancer, which may act as potential therapeutic disease.
